Drop Out Of Your Mind and Into Your Body

When I talk about processing emotions…it doesn’t mean we sit in the thought that is causing us pain and play it over and over in our mind, so we sit in the negative emotion without movement

Not at all…

Instead, what I mean is…

We notice a thought that makes us feel whatever negative emotion it is, and instead of staying in our mind and indulging in that thought…we drop into our body and feel the vibrations that are happening in our body.

I know this sounds simple and maybe even useless, but I promise this small change will be a game changer

When we drop out of our head and drop into our body, it allows the emotion to process through instead of spinning in our mind
