I was a tired mom of little kids, feeling run down and overworked. I felt like I was a bad mom if I didn't put my kids needs before my own. I was always needing the next pick-me-up of sugar or caffeine. Until enough, was enough. I was sick of ignorning my needs. I wanted to feel better: mentally, physically, and emotionally. I didn't want to run and hide from my life anymore or lash-out and over-react to my kids.
My world has shifted a couple times: when I found Jesus Christ in 2011 and when I found the world of Personal Development/Coaching and Running in 2018. Getting certified through The Life Coach School and learning The Model has been life changing. Not only did I find more love and compassion myself and others around me; I created a life where I didn't resent my family anymore.

7 Rules for Life
I am on a mission to help tired moms, stop being tired, stop ignoring themselves, and find more energy without the stimulants. I aspire to help everyone be Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually healthy. I want to help moms see how the thoughts we have impact our daily lives and our relationships. When we put ourselves last it starts a vicious cycle of resentment. When we put ourselves first it starts a beautiful practice of self-love and that love flows out to everyone else around us.
Through this thought work we will learn to put our needs as a priority. This will allow us to have more energy, feel better overall, love ourselves, and be more present for those we love. We will learn to have compassion for ourselves; as well as, those we love.
