Using Emotions for Your Benefit

Emotions are very useful, even ones we might consider to be “negative”

For instance, Stress at first glance seems unnecessary and burdening; causing: high blood pressure, headaches, and depression, anxiety

But did you know Stress provides: alertness, better performance, and improved memory?

It all depends on how we are using our emotions to fuel our actions

When we live our lives in a way that aligns with who we want to be, it improves our mind, body, and spirit
