Sleep Isn’t Necessary

I have taught you that one of the fastest ways to create more time is to track your time and see where you are wasting time 

Another easy way to create more time is to make better use of your late night or early morning time (this doesn't mean we are scrolling or shopping, it's means we are actually being productive)

Some experts will tell you “make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep” and many people believe they need that much sleep, BUT it is all a lie 

New scientific studies are showing it’s not about the amount of sleep you get, It’s about the CONSISTENCY in your sleep 

It’s more important to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning 

You can see this pattern in what society calls very successful people, they get 4-6 hours of sleep a night; for over a decade now I have only gotten 4-6 hours of sleep a night 

It’s not about the amount of sleep you get, it’s about your consistency…

If you are needing “more time” to get things done, it’s okay to take advantage of later night or early morning times when everyone else is sleeping and can’t interrupt you 

Here is a tip to know if you do need more sleep…if you take a nap and you feel better, then you needed more sleep, but if you take a nap and you still feel tired, then it’s not about your sleep, it’s your thoughts that are exhausting you
