What You Think is Your Problem, Isn’t

What You Think Is Your “Problem” Is Not The Actual Problem

The real problem is the one you are choosing to avoid (stress, sadness, frustration , worth, disappointment) with “the problem” (whatever you are addicted to)

We use things such as: food, alcohol, pornography, social media, shopping, exercise

To numb and avoid the painful feelings

If we want to be able to overcome these “addictions”, we have to be willing to confront and work through the underlying emotions

This can be hard work, but it is worth the efforts to get to a place where you can finally start enjoying your life again

I have helped myself and many other women and would love to help you too!
