It’s hard to stay out of the What Ifs…
What if he loses his job? What if she makes the wrong choice? What if I fail? What if he leaves me?
Our brain is hard wired to watch out for danger to keep us safe
But in reality, all it does is cause unnecessary anxiety, stress, and worry
I know, you’re probably saying, great, thanks for pointing that out Amanda, so what am I supposed to do about it if my brain is hard wired that way?

Learning to be aware of these thoughts and then intentionally choosing to refocus your brain is an essential skill for your mental and emotional health
