One of my favorite practices to gain awareness is sitting down with a piece of paper, and for 5 mins. write anything that comes in to my mind
If I feel like I need a prompt, my two favorite questions are: How am I feeling right now? and What is going on for me right now?
From there, we can analyze and find the next steps
