One of the best was to improve your mental health is to just allow yourself to be where you are 

It’s okay to be annoyed, frustrated, sad, confused, overwhelmed, etc. 

Stop resisting what is 

As Carl Jung said…what you resist, persists  

You don’t need to judge yourself for having these emotions either 

Otherwise you are layering another negative emotion (judgment, criticism, stress, anxiety) on top of the negative emotion you are already feeling 

Negative emotions aren’t a bad thing, but they can become very heavy and complicated when we start layering them 

Allow yourself to just feel them and be where you are; they will move through your body quicker
