Tear Down Your Trained Thinking

I see you Thinking you didn’t get enough done today; feeling overwhelmed by the never ending tasks; saying yes to things out of obligation you really don’t want too or have time for; always stepping up to fill others needs; feeling depleted because you never have time to just sit and exist without someone saying “Mom” I know that very, heavy weight and I still pick it up from time to time, but I have learned how to put it down much quicker I used to pick up that weight because… I thought it was what I was “supposed” to do I thought that is what my Heavenly Father “wanted” me to do I thought I was a “better” mom, wife, friend, etc. for doing it But, I was SO wrong!!! I had to tear down all my trained thinking and rebuild with intentional thinking I am confident in who I am, I love who I am, I show up as who I want to be (most of the time, I am still human with emotions ) Do you allow your worth to be defined by things out of your control? Do you look outside of ourselves for validation and your worth?
