Off season training for my running includes a priority on strength-training 

Just as in everyday life, there isn’t a thing such as “balance” 

Not everything can get the same amount of time given to it to have “balance” 

Instead what we do is prioritize 

There are different priorities in different seasons and that is okay in all aspects of our life 

Stop beating yourself up for prioritizing what’s necessary at that point and time
