I had to keep #Gratitude in my mind today for the previous 2 weeks of Joyful running, because It’s been a tough week of running
Feeling fatigued due to lack of sleep, but also short on time to get my recovery yoga in has left my body feeling tight and sore
It’s been a snowball effect, which has left me having to use a lot more mental power to make it through
Today was no different
I got it done, but it was a struggle after mile 4
Once again I pushed myself a mile past what was planned just to continue to show my brain and my body I can do hard things even when I am tired and sore
It’s time to get things back in order…
More sleep + More Recovery = Better Results
