Honestly, this is easier said then done
We have an average of 60,000 thoughts a day and most come without consciousness, so our brain just takes them as facts
To change the way we look at things takes an increased effort of consciousness
Our brain is hard wired to look for danger and the negative to keep us safe
So, if we are trying to be more positive or optimistic, we have to work really hard and be aware of that
It can become a learned skill and our default thought pattern with lots of practice and patience
