20 Minutes a Day = 7280 Minutes a Year

Taking care of our bodies means lots of different things, but there are 4 main pillars: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health 


Honestly you can’t have total well-being unless you are actively working on all four areas 


It doesn’t have to be major things, small and simple are usually the best ways to get started or even maintain 


If you are struggling in any of these areas, might I suggest with starting out with just 5 minutes of effort in each 

That’s 20 min. a day, 140 min. a week; 607 min. a month; 7280 min. A year 

20 minutes doesn’t seem like much change will happen, but imagine the growth and change that can come from 7280 minutes 


It is by small and simple things that great things come to pass, stop putting off your health
