Interrupted sleep is the worst 🥱

I thought for sure I wouldn’t have the energy and it would impact my workout 🧘🏻‍♀️ and run 🏃‍♀️ but as I got started the endorphins kicked in, my energy rose, and it turned out to be a beautiful morning, as usual 😃

It’s SO important to take care of yourself: spiritually, mentally, and physically 🥰

I’m Ready to take on the day and get things done 😁
