Get Comfortable with Uncomfortable

Discomfort is Vital on the Journey of Progress 😖 Knowing Your Limitations is just as Important 😉


1st Speed Workout in 2 Years 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The back and ankle are feeling 95% healed 😄


I had planned to do 3 sets of my pacing, but opted for 2 and a longer cool down 😉 I don’t want another 2 year set back


2 x 1000 m; 2 x 800 m; 2 x 400 m was wanting to hit between an 8:00-8:05 min pace, so I was a little slow, but I will happily take it 😄
