1st Speed Workout in 2 Years ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป The back and ankle are feeling 95% healed ๐Ÿ˜„

I had planned to do 3 sets of my pacing, but opted for 2 and a longer cool down ๐Ÿ˜‰ I donโ€™t want another 2 year set back

2 x 1000 m; 2 x 800 m; 2 x 400 m was wanting to hit between an 8:00-8:05 min pace, so I was a little slow, but I will happily take it ๐Ÿ˜„
