Deep Sleep is Essential for our overall health 🥰


YAY for a good night sleep 😴 Feeling SO much better today 😄 goodbye exhaustion 👋


Exhaustion can be an emotion or physical sensation in our bodies 😲


I knew yesterday that it wasn’t just my thoughts causing the exhaustion because even after doing a small workout and going for a walk I still felt physically exhausted 😴


Sometimes we just need to get our body and mind going to wake it up and be able to keep going to move past the emotion of exhaustion 😔


Sometimes the feeling of exhaustion is the physical form and we just need to have compassion for ourselves, listen to our body, and accept that our day may not look the way we thought it would 😌
