I had to mentally prepare myself to run 🏃♀️ outside today based on the weather app telling me it was 34 degrees with 14 mph winds and real feel was 22 degrees 🥶🥶
When I finally got out to run after my workout 🧘🏻♀️ it actually felt fine 🙂 the winds didn’t pick up until the end and I ended up doing a longer run than anticipated to enjoy the warmer weather before the freeze comes in on Wednesday 🥶🥶
