Stop Ignoring Your Needs

We all do it, thinking its just for a little while, I can make this sacrifice, it’s for the good of our family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

However, it’s actually at the detriment to our family 🤔

Say what?!?! I know, I know, it seems counterintuitive, but hear me out…

When we ignore our needs, we are telling ourselves that we don’t matter, that we don’t love ourselves, that we aren’t worth while 😢

When we subconsciously tell ourselves this it makes us feel worthless, resentful, and depleted 😔

When we feel these emotions, we don’t show up as the Mother or Wife that we want to be 🧐

We blame our husbands for not doing enough to help us out, because we aren’t doing enough to help ourselves. We withhold love thinking they don’t love us enough, but it’s because we don’t love ourselves. 🤯🤯🤯

We lash out at our kids because we feel resentful of them for taking away our time, but we aren’t giving ourselves the time. We hide from our responsibilities as a mother because we feel depleted, but it’s because we aren’t taking care of ourselves in a way that rejuvenates us. 🤯🤯🤯

What you end up creating is the sacrifice of your Mental, Emotional, Physical, and/or Spiritual health 😢
