Rest, Recovery, and Rebuilding is an important part of an athlete’s training…

It’s been a good, but long 5 months of big adventures (3 half marathons in 3 months and hiking Timpanogos 3 times in 5 weeks, with lots of other adventures sprinkled in there)

I can feel my body is ready for some sleeping in, strength building, and easy walking
