Just like our thoughts might not be rational, our emotions also might not be rational in the moment.
Most often we are reacting to situations from our amygdala or emotional brain, that part of our brain is Fight or Flight, Hyper Active and it can easily Over React.
This doesn’t make us wrong or bad, it’s just good to know.
Awareness is where we can get traction on change.
