Is Time Really Money?

I was listening to a podcast last week and one of the speakers said “Time is Money”, it almost stopped me in my tracks, as I was walking, from the feelings I felt
I choose not to accept this analogy 🛑
When I think the thought Time is Money, I feel stress and anxious 😬
It makes me think I shouldn’t do anything with my time that doesn’t create money 😬
I like the thought “Time is Precious”, when I think that I feel thoughtful 🤔
it makes me want to be intentional with how I use my time 🥰
To create
To grow
To play
To rest
