Is It Really Easier?

Our brain wants to tell us “it’s so much easier too…

👉🏻 not do what we put on our schedule

👉🏻 do it later

But, is it really easier??

I would advise you to question that thought…It might be easier in the moment, but it’s actually harder


Because it just delays the inevitable or causes a bigger consequence in the end

Think about these examples:

Delay going to bed earlier

Delay starting that new routine

Delay organizing

Delay eating healthier

Delay self-care

Depending on what you are trying to achieve doing one or all of these will elongate or cause more problems…

So, remember to question your thoughts when you are getting a Net Negative result
