Speed work was on the schedule
I woke up feeling ready
After my morning routine and warm-up workout, I felt depleted and didn’t want to do my speed work
After my mile warm-up run I was feeling good and ready again
It was warm and humid, with no breeze
After 3 sets, I was exhausted and didn’t want to do the 4th
I dug deep and completed it
Feeling good showing myself, I can do hard things, push through, and overcome
Also feeling exhausted, sore, and tired
