this is not a feeling, it’s a thought
This is the best news…why?!
Because we have power over our thoughts
So, in using the model with this thought it would go:
Circumstance—facts you are thinking about
Thought—“I am a _______”
Feeling— how do you feel with that thought
Actions— what are you doing from that feeling
Result— You are a _______
When we look at it from this perspective, it helps us see where we can make changes and create something different
When we live our lives in a way that aligns with who we want to be, it improves our mind, body, and spirit
