What does that mean and Why do we want too?
If we are friends with someone, it means we know them, right? We know their likes and dislikes; we have a connection; we understand them.
So, to be friends with an emotion means we understand it; we could describe it to someone else in absolute detail: what it feels like in our body, where we feel it, and how we feel it.
The reason why this is powerful is because we will no longer fear our emotions.
If we could do this with our emotions, we would be unstoppable!!
